La Paz, Apr 9 (Prensa Latina) During the 9th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) in Tegucigalpa, Bolivian President Luis Arce proposed a regional critical path to address the current situation creating a stabilization fund using national currencies and deepening intraregional trade.
