According to the expert, the village of Redkodub, in Kharkiv, is almost completely under Russian military control, while the clearing of buildings and basements in the center of the settlement continues.

Marochko also clarified that Russian advance detachments have begun to encircle the remaining Ukrainian forces, which have entrenched themselves in a local school and surrounding areas.

Previously, Marochko reported that Russian troops were advancing in the Kharkiv region, focusing their efforts on clearing the border territories with Russia after the occupation of Stroyevka.

The expert also reported on the successful operations of Russian troops near the village of Torskoye in Donetsk, where they took control of a five-kilometer coastal strip and pushed Ukrainian forces back across the Zherebets River after clearing the western outskirts of the village.

The head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushilin, highlighted the success of Russian troops in the Krasny Liman area after occupying the settlement of Torskoye and advancing toward neighboring villages.

“The Russian army took control of the village of Torskoye, which significantly complicated the positions of Ukrainian troops near Krasny Liman. In that sector, Ukrainian units lost up to 70 percent of their personnel,” Pushilin noted.
