The expert told the Vzgliad digital newspaper on Friday that daytime temperatures in Moscow are forecast to reach 20-25 degrees Celsius, and nighttime temperatures are expected to reach 10-15 degrees Celsius.
Tishkovets said that in his opinion, the summer in Moscow will begin with moderate and pleasant heat, as June promises to be calm, only one to two degrees above the climatic norm, with a slight lack of precipitation.
The expert added that Muscovites should not expect the bathing season before the second decade of June and emphasized that precipitation in June will be slightly lower than usual and the temperature will remain at pleasant values.
Thus, residents and visitors of the Russian capital can expect stable and pleasant weather in early summer, without sharp changes and sweltering heat.
Previously, in the current month of May, high levels of ultraviolet radiation were recorded in the capital, which poses a health risk, and it was reported that the Moscow region will continue to experience heat, with temperatures up to 30 degrees, for the next two days, after which it will cool down again.
