The president warned in his account in the social network X that members of the police hid the finding of the mentioned armament, capable of breaking the armor of any car, which he described as very serious.

“The investigation will be done thoroughly, but it is not the only fact that we have found in these months. Several meetings are held to coordinate attacks. In the mafia extreme right the order is given. The people are my protection”, wrote the ruler.

He added that other types of sophisticated weapons have also entered the country with the same purpose and that the first information of an attack was provided by the US embassy on July 20 last year.

A note from the President’s Office that the statement of the head of state was generated due to the fact that, according to a report by the National Radio, between February 15 and 20, an anti-tank rocket was found in Calle 6 between Carreras 24 and 25, near the Casa de Nariño.
