The artists were called to march “in defense of the National Theater Institute and cultural workers.”
The AAA advocated on “the entire theater community” to converge on Congress to turn the regular March for Dignity held every Wednesday by retirees into a massive popular demonstration despite the police repression ordered by Security Minister, Patricia Bullrich.
In addition to the actors, physicians from the Dr. Garrahan Pediatric Hospital, who have been demanding a decent wage and better working conditions for three weeks, will also join in. The call also includes persons with disabilities, as well as the entire community of the women’s movement “Ni Una Menos” (Not One Less) and activists against homophobia.
Students and professors will also gather at the Two Congresses Square in defense of universities, professionals and scientists fighting against the depletion of the National Council of Science and Technology, as well as other social organizations.
