The Talatona Convention Center, ready for the inauguration of the event, which runs from June 12 to 14, is ready to receive some 25,000 persons, a figure much higher than the 15,000 attendees at the fourth edition.
More than 200 domestic and foreign companies are expected to meet at Angotic 2025 to discuss issues related to the current state of the technology sector, innovation, digital transformation and connectivity.
During the days of the forum, more than 80 Angolan and foreign speakers are expected to participate in a program that includes sessions with experts and high-level decision-makers; training activities, capacity building and idea competitions, as well as exhibitions of digital and technological solutions.
Some 150 startups from all over the country will be present, most of them linked to the areas of health, mobility, environment, ecology and software, among others.
Angotic 2025 has the slogan “50 years Communicating, Connecting and Developing Angola”, and is expected to be a space for meetings, reflections and actions to build the technological future of the country.
Something that distinguishes the fifth edition is the effort to tell the story of the development of telecommunications in the period of independence.
The sessions will provide the opportunity to take into account the attraction of new talent and the training of young people in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, with a special focus on girls.
