The military institution specified that 41 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were intercepted and shot down over the Belgorod Oblast, six over the Bryansk Oblast, three over the Moscow region, and two more over the Peninsula of Crimea.
Bryansk Governor Aleksandr Bogomaz informed that the leading Ukrainian drone strike on that territory was on the Brakhlov village, in the Klimovsky district, where two civilians were wounded.
Meanwhile, the Russian air transport agency, Rosaviatsia, announced that temporary restrictions have been imposed on the arrival and departure of civilian aircrafts at the airports of Kaluga, Sheremetevo, and Vnukovo (the latter two in Moscow), to ensure the safety of civil aircraft flights.
The Russian provinces bordering Ukraine, such as Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, and the Peninsula of Crimea, regularly report shelling, drone strikes, and other attacks from across the border, forcing the population to seek shelter elsewhere.
