The accusation against Bullrich for having violated the Intelligence Law is made by the national deputy of Unión por la Patria (UP) Leopoldo Moreau together with other members of the opposition bloc.
Moreau, of radical extraction and ally of UP, warned that Bullrich “is building a database on the adhesion or membership of citizens to political parties”, something that “is expressly forbidden”.
“It is one more step in the authoritarian drift that she is leading”, the deputy, who recalled that the Intelligence Law forbids to obtain data on people based on political opinions or membership in political organizations, concluded.
The complainants will file the report before the Bicameral Commission for the Control of Intelligence Organizations and Activities, to denounce the head of the security ministry, “for having ordered the federal forces not only to search but also to copy the lists of passengers and photograph the documents of those who came from the Interior to the march”.
