The head of state considered that the complex international situation was caused by the decision of the Government of Israel which he described as “incomprehensible”.

“The attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities – the president warned – represent a direct threat to peace and international security, whose outcome could lead to a disaster of unimaginable proportions, not only for the region, but for the planet”.

From the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Arce made an urgent call to cease hostilities, because each attack increases the suffering of innocent civilians and perpetuates the cycle of violence that distances the world from peace.

Finally, the President of the Plurinational State urged the international community to “act with determination and responsibility to promote dialogue over confrontation”.
