Ushakov also noted that among the guests of honor are the first deputy prime minister of Mongolia, Nyam-Osoryn Uchral, and the president of UAE, crown prince Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan.
Moldova is an observer country in the EEU since 2018, Cuba and Uzbekistan since 2020, and Iran since 2024.
In addition, Vietnam, Mongolia and the United Arab Emirates have shown interest in cooperating with the association.
The EEU has already signed a trade agreement with Hanoi.
Ushakov noted that nearly 3,000 people, including members of the Eurasian Economic Union as well as 26 other countries, will participate in the Eurasian Economic Forum.
The forum is being held in conjunction with the forthcoming meeting of the Supreme Economic Council of Eurasia.
The current forum is the fourth.
