“Those who kill children have no right to be called human. This is not just an atrocity: it is a crime against the human essence itself! I am sure this evil will not go unpunished!” the leader stated on his Telegram channel.
In this regard, he explained that the boy, by the name of Anatoly, died while being taken to Moscow. Doctors did everything possible to save him, but his injuries were very serious, with burns on more than 30 percent of his body.
That is too much for such a small person, Khinshtein explained. The governor, who offered his condolences to the boy’s family and assured them that they would be provided with all necessary aid and support, reported that three other people died instantly, and ten were injured in the attack.
One of the deceased was a member of the Russian National Guard, who was helping evacuate civilians from the scene when a second explosion occurred.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called on the international community to firmly condemn the recent terrorist attacks in Kyiv in the Russian cities of Kursk and Rilsk.
The Foreign Ministry spokeswoman emphasized that Western sponsors, who supply arms to Ukraine, must be aware that they also share direct responsibility for the terror against the Russian civilian population.
