Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero expressed on the social network X that this step puts “digital transformation at the center of online procedures for citizens.”

On such new service, Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel emphasized that it simplifies administration processes and public services and that this is “an initial phase that evaluates its operation and is open to the public’s opinions.”

For its part, the island’s Ministry of Justice, in a joint effort, implemented the use of electronic documents in its national services today.
