In a press release on its official Telegram channel, the military agency reported that in the Donetsk region, after fighting with Ukrainian troops, the Southern Group improved its tactical positions and occupied the settlement of Petrovka.

The Ministry of Defense also announced that on Tuesday, Ukrainian troops were expelled from the village of Voskresenka, located west of Donetsk, on the border with Ukraine.

The Ministry of Defense estimated that 435 Ukrainian troops were killed in the last day in the Center Group’s area of operations.

Additionally, the Western Group inflicted more than 230 enemy casualties; the Eastern Group, up to 185; and the Northern Group, up to 180.

Also, 125 enemy soldiers were killed in the Southern Group’s area of responsibility, and in the Dnieper Group area, Ukrainian losses totaled 35 men.

Russian forces destroyed seven armored combat vehicles, one tank, 49 vehicles, 20 artillery pieces, eight electronic warfare stations, and eight weapons depots.

In total, since the start of the Russian special military operation in February 2022, Ukraine has lost 663 warplanes, 283 helicopters, 69,593 unmanned aerial vehicles, 618 missile launchers, and 24,220 tanks and other armored vehicles.
