The information of the military ministry published on Wednesday on its official Telegram channel said that the units of the Northern group, after decisive offensive maneuvers, occupied the village of Varachino in Sumi.

The military agency estimated over 405 casualties of the Ukrainian troops in the last day in the area of operations of the Central group; additionally, the Western group caused 250 casualties to the enemy; the Eastern group – up to 200; the Northern group – about 165 ones.

Meanwhile, in the area of responsibility of the Southern group the Ukrainian losses amounted to 145 men and on the Dnieper front – up to 55 casualties.

The note adds that the Russian forces destroyed eight armored fighting vehicles, fifteen artillery pieces, four multiple rocket launchers, eight electronic warfare stations, eight weapons depots, 35 cars, among other equipment.

According to the report, the Russian Aerospace Force hit Ukrainian military plants, military bases, storage sites for drones, missiles, ammunition and fuel and 149 sites of Ukrainian troops and foreign mercenaries.
