The military institution announced on its official Telegram channel that the air defense systems destroyed 24 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over Bryansk, 12 over the Rostov region, six over the Peninsula of Crimea, four over the Sea of Azov, and three over the Black Sea.
The Defense Ministry also announced that two drones were shot down over the Oryol region, the same number in Tula, and one over the Belgorod province.
Bryansk Governor Aleksandr Bogomaz stated on his Telegram channel that no injuries or material damage were reported due to the drone attack.
Bogomaz said, “The operational and emergency services are working on the scene.”
Since the beginning of the special military operation on February 24, 2022, drone attacks launched from Ukraine against military and civilian targets in the Russian rear have become routine.
