Leading the Cuban delegation, Tapia was received by the Ethiopian Minister of State for Labor and Skills, Teshale Berecha.
Building on the momentum of the 2021 United Nations Food Systems Summit and the first Stocktaking in 2023, this event, scheduled to run until July 29, will strengthen collaboration, unlock funding, and invest to accelerate action toward the Sustainable Development Goals. Likewise, it will assess global progress in transforming food systems and create a cohesive strategy to achieve sustainability, equity, and resilience.
Leaders from diverse nations, including heads of state, ministers, researchers, youth advocates, and representatives of civil society organizations from around the world, will participate in the review.
