The Cuban president, Miguel Díaz-Canel, materialized his congratulations on the social network X, where he reiterated the support of the people of the island to president Nicolas Maduro and expressed that this success gives “continuity to the Bolivarian and Chavista Revolution and strengthen their civic-military union”.
In turn, the island’s Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodríguez, highlighted the role of the Bolivarian people as protagonists of this day held in peace.
Voting centers opened this Sunday in Venezuela to elect 335 mayors and municipal councils in an equal number of constituencies.
