This document seeks to deepening bilateral cooperation in the fight against transnational organized crime, terrorism and migrant smuggling, according to the message.
It also establishes that the coordination will be in charge of the ministries of Security and Interior of both countries, and its execution will be the responsibility of the national intelligence agencies.
It also specifies that both chancelleries will be the facilitators of communication and will coordinate annual technical evaluation meetings.
