The National Police stated in a press release that the operations took place in the Los Multis sector and other areas of this province, located in the south-east of the country.

During the speech of, Ricardo Berroa, of 25 years old, and Merbin Padilla Félix, 35, to whom were confiscated almost 100 grams of a white powder, presumably cocaine, and about 39 grams of a green vegetable, which could be marijuana.

The agents also seized three cell phones, a scale, a modem, three knives and cash.

For the purposes of the investigation, they held a Sucati motorcycle, without a licence plate, and a white JMC van, without documents, in which the detainees were travelling at the time of their arrest.

Both the detainees and the evidence were made available to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the appropriate legal purposes, according to the communiqué.
