During a visit to the Military Emergency Unit Headquarters at the Torrejón de Ardoz Air Base, about 35 kilometers from Madrid, Robles praised the gesture of providing food to the people of Gaza, in a shipment facilitated by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (Aecid).

“The images we see every day, the pain it causes us, it’s absolutely unacceptable, unbearable to see what’s happening in Gaza,” Robles, who had no qualms about condemning the Netanyahu regime, remarked.

“The Spanish Government, the Armed Forces, and all Spaniards will always support all humanitarian measures to help the people of Gaza, with the cry that this must end, that the massacres and what is happening, this terrible humanitarian tragedy, must end,” she stated.

The Minister of Defense also referred to the arrival yesterday in Zaragoza of 13 sick Gazan children and one adult to be treated in various Spanish hospitals.
