The president of this Chamber, who emphasized that children and young people, who are the Bicentennial generation, are the pillars of the nation and the country’s identity, and emphasized that “we will remember this time as a milestone that will mark the 21st century, where all Bolivians will chant our anthem with one voice and remain firm in the desire to maintain freedom, just like all the inhabitants of this land.”
