The investigation includes testimony from witnesses linked to Sweden and could lead to legal proceedings at the national and international levels, including before the International Criminal Court (ICC), Devgun stated.

We are prioritizing evidence from individuals with direct connections to Sweden who were in the area, the prosecutor explained. The charges could reach both combatants and senior officials of organizations involved.
