The director of the agency’s Community Education Division, Datuk Ahmad Nizam Ismail, indicated that the initiative was discussed during a courtesy visit to Ambassador Datuk Syed Mohamad Hasrin Tengku, held on Tuesday in Jakarta.
Planned activities include talks on integrity, public commitments against corruption, and a seminar on fund management, organized by the National Association of Malaysian Students in Indonesia.
These events will take place in September as part of the embassy’s 2025 Integrity Day, in line with the National Anti-Corruption Plan and the aspiration to promote ethical values throughout the public administration.
Ahmad Nizam emphasized that the meeting, requested by the Director of Malaysian Education in Indonesia, Dr. Hasnul Faizal Hushin Amri, provided a favorable space for the exchange of views and experiences.
For his part, the ambassador reaffirmed the diplomatic mission’s commitment to transparency and accountability, both in government agencies and in student associations abroad.
