“The narratives of ‘drug trafficker Maduro,’ ‘the Cartel of the Suns,’ and ‘the Aragua Train’ are new chapters in the ‘regime change’ policy against Venezuela,” he asserts.
Under the title “Narco-regime or control of the Venezuelan state, what does the US want from Venezuela?”, the ambassador reveals in Beni newspaper the hidden truth behind the presence of thousands of Pentagon troops and naval assets near the coasts of the world’s largest oil reserve.
“Now, a tactical manual dusted off by Trump to attack the legal Venezuelan government is resurfacing. This threat is reminiscent of the invasion of Panama to overthrow (Roger) Noriega and should alert the patriots of Venezuela and Our America, regardless of political party. We must defend our zone of peace,” warns Trómpiz.
The diplomat maintains that the accusations against Nicolas Maduro from the US Attorney General’s Office are not credible: “Gringo (US) politics,” warns Trompiz, “craves control of Venezuela’s resources, as it did until 1998. Therefore, this accusation against Bolivarian Venezuela is an instrument whose sole purpose is to moralize the atrocities planned in imperial war laboratories.”
The ambassador points out that, until the Bolivarian Revolution, US policy against his country had always been one of state control through the current government: “guidelines, investments, international policy, and, above all, oil policy, were overseen from the north.”
“I call on Venezuela’s friends, both at home and abroad, to support the Venezuelan head of state, Nicolas Maduro. Let us defend with him the innocence of our people and the right of our homeland to exist free and sovereign!” concludes the Venezuelan ambassador to Bolivia.
