In 2024, Egypt received an all-time record of 15.7 million tourists, what generated an income of $14.1 billion, according to official data.
Top markets in those 12 months included Germany, Russia, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Poland, Italy, the Czech Republic, the United States and France.
In 2023, the nation welcomed 14.9 million visitors, surpassing the 2010 record of 14.7 million. Egypt aims to attract 30 million by 2028.
