Havana, Sep 15 (Prensa Latina) Cuba today denounced plans to expand Israeli settlements in the Palestinian territories of the West Bank and East Jerusalem, and called the Zionist regime’s attempt to obstruct the creation of an independent Palestinian state "desperate".
