The text warned that the coming rainy season will hardened the situation, amid unprecedented destruction of infrastructure and public services, the accumulation of large amounts of waste in the center of the city and the discharge of sewage into the streets.
The conflagration, the lack of supplies of machinery and fuel, and the interruption of the rehabilitation projects of the destroyed facilities represent a serious threat to the lives of the citizens and will exacerbate the disaster, he said.
