In statements published by local media, Abdul Razzaq explained the magnitude of the reconstruction challenges the country faces and described the tragic reality after long years of armed conflict.
We have seen the loss of trained personnel, employees who are demotivated or involved in corrupt practices, after long years of institutional stagnation, he stated.
Abdul Razzaq indicated that the Ministry currently faces significant obstacles, including obsolete buildings, a shortage of modern equipment, and the use of technologies dating back to the 1960s and 1970s.
Given this situation, the Ministry prioritized human resource development, the incorporation of new talent, and the modernization of working methods, supported by financial, technical, and logistical support.
