Around midnight, approximately 75 nautical miles from Gaza, Carlos Bertola (Cascote) reported on his Instagram account that several Israeli Navy vessels surrounded his vessel, shone spotlights, and applied pressurized water in front of the sailboat, beginning to board.

According to the report, at that time the Israeli Navy seized approximately 15 vessels in international waters, which constitutes an illegal action.

Images captured by members of the flotilla show heavily armed Israeli Navy personnel boarding the vessels, pointing their weapons at the crew members and demanding that they turn off their cameras and cell phones to prevent these actions from being recorded.
