Vu Thi Tu Quyen, Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Science and Technology, stated that this event emphasizes the pioneering role of policy and institutional frameworks in leading the development and application of artificial intelligence (AI) toward sustainable growth and international integration.

Tu Quyen added that this 4th VIDW edition will include a ministerial roundtable session and six key topics, including 5G, digital infrastructure, AI, digital transformation, digital human resources, and digital technology enterprises to promote technology commercialization, expand cooperation, and shape a sustainable digital ecosystem.

There will also be technology demonstrations, bilateral meetings, and other activities that, in the case of Ninh Binh, will promote economic and tourism development associated with sustainable development based on science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation.

The VIDW 2025 program also includes conferences, workshops, and forums to provide policy recommendations, initiatives, and strategic orientations, serving as a basis for Vietnam and its partners to build new cooperation mechanisms in the region and internationally.
