VNA informed that the Propaganda, Education, and Mass Mobilization Commission of the Party Central Committee released the news in a guide on the results of the 13th plenary session of the CPV Central Committee of the 13th term.

The document stated that four reports: the Political Report, the assessment of the 40-year renewal process (Doi Moi), the 15-year implementation of the Party Statutes, and the self-assessment of the 13th-term Central Committee, will be discussed and approved at the major party meeting.

The Congress will also approve the Personnel Work Report and elect the new Central Committee for the 14th term.

According to the assessment of the CPV Central Committee, the draft documents for the 14th Congress were meticulously prepared and contain several innovative elements.

They also show “the spirit of facing reality head-on and establishing goals, tasks, and solutions for rapid and sustainable development, while expressing the nation’s desire for advancement in this new phase.”
