Cuba’s perseverance in defending its sovereignty is a source of inspiration for all peoples facing imperialism and oppression, especially for Palestine, which suffers the blockade and occupation of the Zionist regime with the same support and complicity of those who oppose ending the blockade, it emphasized.

UPAL, the document stressed, reiterated its unwavering solidarity with the Cuban people and government and called on the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean to maintain a firm and united stance against all forms of sanctions, blockades, or foreign interference.

It also maintained that the freedom of Cuba and Palestine are sister causes in the struggle for a multipolar, just, and equitable world.
