The statement from the Russian military body specifies that the attack is in response to terrorist actions perpetrated by Kiev against civilian targets in Russia yesterday, and that it used long-range precision weapons, both ground-based and air-launched, including Kinzhal hypersonic aeroballistic missiles, as well as attack drones.
