The NGO warned in a statement of the danger posed by the project known as E1, which isolates several Palestinian villages and bisects the West Bank.
It also criticized the recent establishment of a new outpost by Israeli extremists in the Palestinian city of Anata, coinciding with similar movements near the villages of Hizma and Jaba.
Such actions are part of the E1 plan, which intends to connect the Ma’ale Adumim settlement with the city of Jerusalem, effectively severing geographical communication between the northern and southern West Bank, the Organization emphasized.
The group remembered that the initiative was proposed in the 1990s but faced widespread international opposition. Now, it warned, the far-right government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is gradually implementing it through the establishment of small, undeclared outposts.
The group warned that the E1 corridor represents a point of no return on the path to a two-state solution.
