Pakistan sent new shipment of humanitarian aid to Gaza

Islamabad, Nov 19 (Prensa Latina) Pakistan sent a new 100-ton humanitarian shipment to Gaza Strip, under the supervision of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and in collaboration with the Al-Khidmat Foundation.

The shipment, the 25th, includes tents, tarpaulins, water containers, and other essential supplies, according to a report in the Pakistani newspaper The Nation, which quoted an NDMA spokesperson.

Minister of Public Affairs Rana Mubashir Iqbal stated that his country will continue to provide its firm solidarity and support to the Palestinian people oppressed by Israel.

He emphasized that the continued assistance reflects the country’s shared values ​​of Islamic brotherhood and moral responsibility.

He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to maintaining the supply of humanitarian aid and prayed for sustainable peace, the security of the Palestinian people, and stability in the region, according to the newspaper.

Iqbal declared that the oppressed people of Gaza and the rest of the Palestinian territories are brothers of Pakistan and condemned Israel’s daily killing of innocent civilians, particularly children, in the occupied territories.

He stated that Israel has become a threat to world peace and urged the United Nations to take note of the continued aggression by Zionist troops from Tel Aviv.
