Gladys Martinez, a member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and First Secretary of the Provincial Committee in Artemisa, highlighted the role of these exchanges as a mechanism to enhance bilateral cooperation in building a shared future community.
Martinez noted that the meetings allow for addressing, from a Marxist perspective, the current challenges of socialism and proposing concrete solutions. Additionally, she affirmed that the alliance between the two countries reinforces the validity of socialism as a development model for both peoples.
Li Shulei, a member of the Political Bureau and head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, underscored the importance of strengthening communication and exchanges to promote bilateral cooperative relations.
He also stressed on the need to develop medium and long-term plans focused on socioeconomic development strategies.
Gladys Martinez is leading a party delegation to participate in this 7th Theoretical Seminar, as part of the exchange of experiences and cooperation between the two political organizations.
