“At the end of November 28, 2025 International reserves amounted to $ 4.3 billion more than the previous week and amounted to $ 733.4 billion, mainly due to positive revaluation,” said the regulator to the press.
In 2024, international reserves of the Eurasian country grew 1.8 percent and amounted to 609,100 billion dollars on January 1, 2025.
International reserves include highly liquid foreign assets held by the Bank of Russia and the government and consist of monetary gold, special drawing rights, the IMF reserve position and foreign currency funds.
It was previously reported that Russia’s international reserves exceeded $725 billion in early November.
