The Russian foreign minister also noted that to expand economic ties, it is necessary to encourage economic operators in both countries and create favorable conditions for them.

On January 17, Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Iranian counterpart, Masoud Pezeshkian, signed an agreement on a comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, valid for 20 years with automatic renewal every five years.
