“On December 17, under the direction of @SecWar Pete Hegseth, Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted a lethal kinetic strike against a vessel operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations in international waters,” said U.S. Southern Command.
“Intelligence confirmed that the vessel was crossing a known drug trafficking route in the eastern Pacific and was involved in drug trafficking operations. A total of four male narco-terrorists were killed, and no U.S. military personnel were injured.”
On December 15, eight people lost their lives and three boats were destroyed in Pacific waters in an attack as part of President Donald Trump’s controversial anti-drug campaign.
VWith the operation carried out yesterday, at least 99 people have died and 25 boats have been sunk since September 2 in 24 attacks launched by the United States in the Caribbean and the Pacific, without judicial proceedings or a declaration of war from Congress.
