The statement notes that “in connection with the dismissal of the head of the office of the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, those holding positions as assistants and advisors, both permanent and external, were terminated.”
VAlthough the complete list of those dismissed was not provided, it is noted that Yermak’s external advisors also included Mikhail Podoliak, Daria Zarovnaya, Elina Elyanova, and Alexander Rodnyansky (recognized in Russia as a foreign agent).
The internal advisors were Alexander Bevz, Lilia Pashina, Victoria Romanova, and Tatiana Gaiduchenko. In total, the office has 10 advisors. Yermak had headed Zelensky’s office since February 2020. On November 17, 2025, it was reported that Yermak might be involved in large-scale corruption schemes.
Subsequently, deputies in the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian unicameral parliament), including those from the ruling party, demanded his dismissal, but Zelensky refused and even appointed Yermak as head of the delegation in negotiations with the United States.
However, this did little to shield the head of the agency from investigation. On November 28, anti-corruption officials conducted searches related to Yermak, and that evening Zelensky dismissed him.
