On this occasion, the president evaluated how the potential of the municipalities of Guanabacoa, Cotorro, and Playa has contributed to local and provincial growth during this period, in addition to projections for 2026.

This tour also aims at overseeing compliance with the guidelines established in the working meetings held between the national leadership and Havana authorities for the improvement of the city.

During his tour, he was accompanied by Livan Izquierdo and Yanet Hernandez, First Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and the Governor of Havana, respectively.
