This was proclaimed by the Cuban ambassador yo Hanoi, Rogelio Polanco, during the presentation of the special edition “Vietnam-Cuba: 65 Years of Brotherhood,” produced by the newspaper El Mundo y Vietnam, of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This is a commendable contribution by this publication to the commemoration of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, the diplomat emphasized, expressing his gratitude for the dedication and rigor demonstrated in the production of this work.
The relevance and representativeness of its authors, the articles, and the message included in this edition are a clear reflection of the deep bonds we have forged over these years, Polanco emphasized, adding that they reveal the broad diversity of bilateral ties and the profound impact they have had on the souls of our peoples.
The Cuban ambassador also highlighted that the published texts “not only address the unforgettable history that fills us with pride, but also provide an update on the excellent state of bilateral exchanges in all areas.”
We appreciate that the brotherhood forged in the revolutionary struggle by President Ho Chi Minh and Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro, nurtured by several generations of leaders and compatriots, remains pure and loyal, and symbolizes an exceptional example of relations between Parties, states, and peoples, he affirmed.
