Professors from the University of the Arts (ISA) and the Corina Mestre National Theater School will meet in the Villena Hall of the Havana institution to share their experiences on pedagogical processes in the Cuban theater scene, in the panel “Theater Training.”
During the meeting, current challenges in theater education will be addressed, and the panelists will reflect on the link between stage practice and arts education, UNEAC reported on its social media.
The event, which will begin at 2:00 p.m. local time, is part of the Villanueva Days program, which each year pays tribute to the theatrical tradition in Cuba and promotes dialogue between generations of artists, teachers, and students involved in the performing arts.
