Santiago de Chile, Dec 16 (Prensa Latina) The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) today maintained its forecasts of a rise in the regional gross domestic product (GDP) of 2.4 percent for this year and 2.3 percent next year.
