Mexico City, Mar 27 (Prensa Latina) Mexico's Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Alicia Bárcena, stressed today that the SB4 law of the U.S. state of Texas, considered harmful to the human rights of migrants, will remain suspended until further notice.
