Hanoi, Aug 1 (Prensa Latina) Vietnamese fans on Monday welcomed with joy the news that three of its athletes who are competing in the 11th Paralympic Games of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) won gold medals, all in swimming.
