Asuncion, Dec 4 (Prensa Latina) The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) on Wednesday acknowledged the process of preparing and eating “casabe”, a pre-Colombian bread, as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
