Kinshasa, Oct 15 (Prensa Latina) The Congo River Alliance-March 23 Movement (AFC/M23) denounced the bombings carried out by the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) Army, the same day an agreement was signed to implement the ceasefire.
