Havana, Oct 6 (Prensa Latina) The National Council of Culture Houses on Wednesday announced it will grant the Community Culture Prize to prominent Cuban singer songwriter Silvio Rodriguez, for his artistic work taken to different neighborhoods and communities in Cuba.
