Bogota, Sep 30 (Prensa Latina) Colombian President Gustavo Petro directed his cabinet to pursue a foreign policy that prioritizes alliances with Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean and distances itself from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
